— Aquatic Weed Treatment

The method follows the weed, not a schedule.

Every property gets species identification first. Treatment scope, timeline, and documented results are fixed before work begins.

/ Three Property Types

Each site has different access, compliance, and treatment requirements.

Private Ponds

HOA Communities

Marinas

Invasive species reduce oxygen, block light, and degrade fish habitat. We identify the species, apply targeted treatment, and document water clarity improvement over the treatment window.

Common water features carry aesthetic and liability pressure. We work within HOA schedules, notify residents as required, and deliver written treatment records for board review.

Weeds in slip lanes and channel approaches cost tenants and damage equipment. We treat around active vessel traffic, coordinating access windows to minimize operational disruption.

How a treatment engagement works

1. Species Identification

On-site assessment maps every invasive species present, coverage extent, and water depth conditions. No assumptions—findings are documented before any product is selected.

2. Treatment Plan

A written plan specifies the approved herbicide or mechanical method, application schedule, and expected clearance timeline. You know the scope before work starts.

3. Treatment & Follow-Through

Treatment is applied according to the plan. Follow-up visits confirm clearance and catch any regrowth within the agreed window. Results are photographed and logged.
